Where We Are Today

One hub. Forty graduates. A movement just beginning.

In 2025, TechForAll opened its first Digital Hub in The Gambia. Since then, more than 40 young people have completed hands-on training in IT, skills that open real career doors, right at home. Two more hubs are already in development. Every device donated, every pound given, and every partnership formed is directly expanding what is possible for the next cohort.

Tech That Was Going to Waste

One country's waste is another country's future

5M+
Tonnes of e-waste generated in the UK every year, much of it still functional.
20%
Only 1 in 5 pieces of e-waste is recycled appropriately. The rest ends up in landfill.
40+
Young people already trained on devices that UK businesses no longer needed.

When a company donates surplus technology to TechForAll, those devices create social value instead of becoming waste. They go into classrooms, training rooms and community spaces, into the hands of people who will use them to build skills and opportunity.

Roadmap

What we have built, and what comes next

Digital Hub #1, Banjulinding, The Gambia

Our first hub opened its doors and has since trained over 40 young people in practical, employment-ready digital skills, with no cost to their families.

School & community partnerships

20+ local schools, hospitals, small entrepreneurs and organisations are now working with us, placing TechForAll graduates into teaching and support roles, and extending the reach of digital education across the community.

Digital Hubs #2 and #3, in development

Two more hubs are being planned and funded right now. Each new hub means dozens more young people who will not have to look at the Backway as their only option.

A permanent Technology Training Centre

Our long-term goal is a purpose-built training centre, a place that belongs to the community, run by people from the community, producing the digital professionals these communities need to grow.

In Their Own Words

The people behind the numbers

"No young person should have to risk their life to find a future. I lost people I loved to the Backway. That is what TechForAll exists to change."

"What draws me to this work is simple, connecting with people, helping with a good heart, and seeing the difference it makes. That is what TechForAll is about."

Help us reach the next 40 young people

£25 trains a student for a month. £75 covers a full term of classes. £300 sponsors a young person's entire year of digital education, at zero cost to their family. Every contribution goes directly to building futures in underserved communities.
