With 13 years in IT, Trawally worked as an IT engineer in public schools and advanced to IT management roles. As a dual British-Gambian citizen, his mission stems from personal loss to dangerous migration routes.

"After working within the Food and Beverage sector for many years it is here that I really enjoyed engaging and having that direct contact with people" and decided to pursue hospitality customer service, discovering a passion for team training and development. His role has allowed him to meet unemployed residents seeking opportunities and to learn about their backgrounds and social-economic challenges. He has coordinated hospitality training for over 85 candidates since 2022. "To truly connect with people, to help and to share with a good heart, this is what I love about my role!"
Over four years in the charity sector, Mohamed has supported individuals through employment, training, and education programs. He has delivered industry-specific skills training, taught digital and life skills to vulnerable adults, and facilitated volunteering opportunities for hundreds of individuals.
Saho holds a postgraduate degree in Public Administration and works for a civil engineering company operating in The Gambia and Senegal. As founding member and Secretary General of the Salikenni Njenjulukilin Association, he has raised scholarship funds, provided training, and supported health centers. He serves as Public Relations Officer for the Bijilo Medical Centre Cardiovascular Initiative.
With over 20 years as a business entrepreneur, Fatajo mentors aspiring entrepreneurs and has sponsored education for many young individuals, believing "success isn't just about personal achievements; it's about helping others thrive."
